Excellent customer service. Just bout some flowers for my grandmother funeral. The customer service was very nice! Very pleasant people!

After failing to deliver my order on the expected date I was offered a redelivery the next day. I was contacted and told that the ballon I ordered couldn’t be filled. Understandable we are in a pandemic. I was offered a box of chocolates instead. What got me to write this review is the flowers my recipient received. It was nothing like I ordered. I ordered an extra large bouquet from 1-800-Flowers that was supposed to be purple carnations, daisy’s and a few others. What was delivered was 4 yellow roses 2 purple carnations and a few tiny daisies. I’m not sure what percentage of the 110 I paid 1-800-Flowers was received by garden house but my bouquet definitely wasn’t worth 50. All in all the customer service is great but if you order anything do it directly from a florist not a 3rd party website.
