Asked for a particular item and was told no deliveries for past week due to weather. Deliveries come from north where they are use to bad weather but they can't dive in the south due to bad weather. Now that weather is better and part not needed, no reason to seek it from them.

Excellent customer service. Sales person Dave dug deep to uncover a cause for our order that never got started - a clerical input error. We were just fine with Lowe's making the correction and finally getting the order started. However, Dave insisted on awarding a cash discount to offset the order delay. A very well-deserved kudos and 5 stars!

Ran in for a quick purchase today. The trip wasn't that special, but I did have pleasure of speaking with a lovely cashier who's been with Lowe's almost 19 years. Isn't that amazing? I'm sorry I didn't catch her name, but I appreciate her to commitment. She left an impression.
