This was one of the few places my insurance accepted. I now know why. It’s not worth your time - you can find much, much better care for your health and well-being elsewhere.

BOTH prescribers think they know more about your mental health condition in 10 minutes of spending time with you than you could and without referencing prior medical records. They make choices, stop, and prescribe meds on their own accord without considering the patient. Any prescriber worth their salt takes heart rate, weight, and blood pressure. As a patient with hypertension this is important. NEVER were my vitals taken. The therapist I saw here had NO sense of boundaries and thought offering biased advice based on her own personal experiences for two years of sessions was therapy. I had enough after 2 months and discontinued care here. I was also informed the front desk staff wouldn't be adressing me by the correct pronouns because that's not how things work around there. I would not advise anyone I care about to seek services here, especially not transgender patients as the care provided is far from competent.
i have been seeing Cathy for over a year and her and her team have been great to work with and always friendly, understanding and there to help. It is hard to find someone that has after regular work hours and specializes in certain areas. Its great that my insurance and my employer covered my visits. There are so many negative reviews and my experience has been nothing but exceptional. The guidelines are clear as a new patient and folks get angry when they are enforced. This team is wonderful and very eager to help.
Very welcoming staff. Very helpful. Been a client for a couple years
This is a great facility for first time guests as well as long term clients. I have been to other counsellors for both myself and my son for varying reasons and, by far, Cali surpasses them all. If someone has had a bad experience with a psychiatrist or therapist, please know there are other places and providers to listen and help - don't give up on your mental health because a large, money hungry company like Nystrom's left you feeling more alone than before you walked in the door. The staff at Cali is very welcoming the moment you walk in. It's an extremely clean and comfortable place to be. Though wait times can be long, the receptionist always communicate that with you and will apologize while offering concessions or activities, like coloring books, while you wait. Also, billing is never pushy, ever. As long as you are making an effort and communicate that you are trying, they are more than understanding. I've had to call for a few reasons and I always had a prompt response to my concerns. Solutions over the phone are made by then listening to my concerns. Many doctors (if not all) have a personal secretary to fill in the spaces while they are busy with sessions and appointments all day. I seriously have no professional connection with Cali or anyone who works there. I just really believe in this place. Charlotte LISTENS and finds every way to relate to me and validate my feelings, mood swings and irrational anxieties and has been more than willing to try different medications, combos and dosages based on what I want and feel. And she explains WHY and WHAT the medication could help me as an individual. I don't have a ton of money as a SAHM, but my husband and I have agreed that working a way to afford me going and continuing care at Cali is worth working it into our budget. Just don't give up on yourself and your mental health. There are places and people who legitimately care. I promise. (Sorry for the novel)
