We have to drive 33 miles to get to this location (closest one) not so bad when we can use other branches for transactions. It is closed way more than what the hours indicate on the website. We completely missed a very important house closing because they were closed the Friday after Thanksgiving (regular banks were open). Drove 33 miles on Saturday after Christmas day the 26th because we work during their business hours, they were closed..regular banks were open. Once our employer approves other direct deposit locations we will be leaving ACU...The actual service is average okay....when they are there.

Why would you duspend Co-op transactions in a pandemic. It already hard to get out and about to do banking and now this. Won't use this location ever again, nothing convenient about it. I was going to open an account since it was closer but I'll pass.

I've been banking here since I was in High School (I'm nearing 40 now) and I've always had such a wonderful experience.

A rep. came to my car in the drive thru to hand me a withdrawal slip in order to speed up the line. I told her I wanted to purchase gift cards and she told me they were not sold on Saturdays. I was very upset because I not only traveled a good distance to get there but also had to wait in the drive thru line for 30 minutes because there was no way to get out of it without going through it. There should be a sign near the drive thru and online that give customers notice that gift cards are not sold on weekends. The number of credit union locations is minimal, which requires most customers to drive a distance to get there. I wasted time and gas going there today.
