Problems problems problems from day one. Late deliveries, late deliveries, late deliveries . I received one delivery after midnight . They are trying to do better. I would not recommend this company to anyone. My husband and I are very disappointed. They started out ok but quickly went down hill. I have called several times about deliveries. One such call the person I spoke to said they didn’t around to it . Ok I’ll stop right there. Hopefully they get it together

Whoever Mary is, she’s VERY rude and should not work with people at all. She can’t tell callers they’re closed, instead she goes through asking you questions like you’re a child and delay the call. Just say you’re closed and to call back. She needs extra training on how to talk to people normally. Felicia and Erica are very nice and amazing. I also had a young man who was nice. I don’t know where they got Mary.

Customer service is awful. Communications within their organization doesn't work. Called in refills and spoke to a rep and left voice message and they still said they didn't get the requested order. Even had hospital faxed in different orders and they said they didn't receive it. Delivery of products takes all day before it gets to you even if they had the order in the day before. Nurse that came to house was pushy and rude. Didn't seem to know anything about our situation before walking in the door. Spoke to us as if we didn't know anything and also had to correct her procedures because they weren't doing it the way the hospital taught/trained us to. After I disclosed that we were trained by the hospital then their tone changed.

Grandpa's pump have issues for couple days where it stops feeding, until he reset it by turn it off and on again. But after 20-30 minutes, same issues occur. I called in to get the pump replaced, they say they have to troubleshoot it before sending a new one, my grandpa is the only one at home at the time and I am not there to help. They tell me they cannot send someone out there to take a look until they troubleshoot it over the phone, how can a 75 years old that is technology challenged troubleshoot the pump? All he know how to do is turn it on and off. They refuse to send a new pump or someone to help my grandpa get his daily nutrition. How can a healthcare company value stupid protocols over a human life?
