Had to use quantum for a CT drainage I had for at Wellstar. They were recommended by my OBGYN and I thought they were my only choice. Bedside manner was fine but the billing practices are atrocious. I paid my co-pay in office and have been hounded by their billing agency for it for months. I have called the office and they originally said they were going to take care of it and not to worry, but they didn’t and now they’re threatening to take me to collections over a 30 copay I paid back in august. I have tried calling and leaving voicemails for quantum but no one has returned my calls.

Horrible experience with billing. They billed me for something that is covered by insurance because they incorrectly entered the code for the service. I've received several notices from collections despite talking to the office several times who promised the issue was resolved. It has been a nightmare and this is effecting my credit. Terrible!
