Got their a few minutes before opening on a Friday line was backed up to entrance, but went fairly quickly once they opened. Tester was friendly. Also bought my vehicle sticker, but had to wait in cold for a bit as they only currently allow one person in the little office at a time for covid precautions so if you're going when it's cold be prepared for standing outside. Great experience though.

Just a great facility. Your in and out in no time. After you get the test they have a office to get you sticker for the plate. In and out in minutes. The workers are very pleasant and efficient at their jobs. Kudos State of Illinois
I went with my boyfriend just before closing on a Thursday. It was empty and I felt bad for being practically the last one, but everyone was super nice and it was quick! We also got my license plate sticker in their office, and everyone in there was also super nice, patient, and very quick. I'll definitely go the next time I'm due - see you guys in two years!
This location is about Business, good customer service, polite and they get you in and out in a timely manner.
Came here this afternoon and the service was GREAT, I was in and out within 10 minutes of pulling up. The lady doing my test was so sweet and because I had my toddler with me she let me get in the backseat to sit with him while she did the test so we didn’t have to wait in the cold. Very very impressed!
