Went in to ask some questions on what may be wrong with my car since I do my own repairs. They were very giving on suggestions and where I might try looking first. Appreciated the advise and found it quite helpful in fixing my car. Would've used them for the work but can't afford their hourly rate. Very nice people.

Truly can’t say enough good things about Kenny at Marshfield Chevrolet. It’s the little things like having the car out front ready to drive on a blistering cold day, pleasant non typical car salesman conversation, not being pushy at all, that I appreciate. However it’s what he’s done for me since the sale that I deeply respect. I pushed to get a surprise new Tahoe ready for my wife’s birthday. Some miscellaneous items I wanted added wouldn’t make it in time but was able to pull off the surprise with his help. Kenny said he’d send someone to come get the Tahoe when the additions came in and bring it back. It was scheduled for today. Sure enough, no let downs! That’s rare in itself for any industry. On top of this, the car he sent for me to drive until ours is done is a very nice one. I can’t even put into words how much I appreciate that. I’m not going anywhere except the post office but still... We’ve had “loaner” cars from dealers before while having service or similar transactions. I’m not better than anyone, but it’s not right when a family spends a small fortune on a car only to drive a loaner that would barely pass inspection and is an embarrassment to be behind the wheel of. This is Mrs. James we have been looking for a Chevy Traverse for some time. On January 26, 2021, from the nicest sales person I have ever had. I purchased a Traverse from Mr. Boyd Manning at Marshfield Chevrolet. He is attentive, and understanding on our unique family make up. He was informative but not pushy.
