Called and spoke with a sales person to order plastic borders. After speaking to them about our needs it was arranged for us to pick up 6 ft. borders. It took several attempts to meet them to get the borders from them. They provided the incorrect border. Then after calling them back they needed to know who I spoke to. They only have 3 people I could have talked to. One which recalls talking with me, but not details. Now they say they have to special order them for additional cost. Plus now they are going to send a quote, which all could have been avoided in the first place should they have done their job correctly the first time. Now they have an aggravated contractor.
