I waited 2 hours while the doctor was in office and there were a total of 3 patients, including me. I was texted, emailed and called to confirm appointment several times. I eventually ignored the notices. The patient history interview took FOR-EVER!! While waiting, I could hear him talk to his staff. He was choosing scents for the office and apparently they had ran out of lavender. I waited another 30 minutes wearing only the hospital gown. That's when I finally lost it and left without being seen. They didn't even try to stop me or apologize. The place is huge with beautiful antiques and spa looking rooms with what seemed velvet upholstery. You would think that someone with so much money would invest in customer service .... he is investing in his financial portfolio, instead. Ugh!

On my first visit i knew i had made a great choice by seeing him because of how attentive he was with me . It was a little bit of a wait but with such a great doctor and staff it was worth it. I would highly recommend this physician.
The staff is great at reminders and so polite. Thank you ladies for being so professional. The office is clean and so relaxing. I'm so glad I switched doctor even thou the wait is pretty long, but I'm being treated like a human not a number. I went to 2 different doctors and no one could ever get to the source of my problem. Dr. Almaguer was patient and listened to my issue and he got to the source of the problem promptly and now I'm feeling ecstatic. Such a blessing to have switched.
I have been coming to Dr. Almaguer for a good five years now. He has excellent bedside manners. I appreciate that he talks with the truth and explains all as it is. You answer all my questions and concerns. That's why I love going to you doc! Blessings
