I have been living at these apartments for about a year now, and don't get me wrong its a pretty good place, BUT the most horrible thing about this place is the big bumps they have as you drive in the gates and out of the gates. On both sides you have to go thru 4 total bumps, and these are not normal sized bumps, they are rectangle shaped and you literally have to push on the gas to make it over, i drive a 4 door vehicle so imagine the wear and tear of going over those bumps every day for the past year. I am currently looking elsewhere thanks to these bumps! Maybe if they put normal bumps like every other place does i would give a 4 or 5 star, BUT like i have said it is so horrible!!!!!!! So trust me when i say, if you care about your vehicle i DO NOT recommend this place!!!

This is the first apartment we got together as a family starting out. We got the two bedroom and i absolutely love it here staff is amazing, sweet, nice, helpful, courteous, kind...omg i can go on! Lol the atmosphere and environment are very pleasant and we plan to renew again this coming new year! Would highly recommend!!
*Please Read* I’ve been living in these apartments for the time of my lease (12 months), I couldn't have been any happier than when I moved out. The main manager (Javier) is extremely bias and only helps his friends who live in the complex. When I moved in some of the tile was messed up along with the stove and cabinets in the restroom and kitchen, and on the bathtub itself you could tell maintenance painted it because after a while it was peeling white and underneath the paint it was black and dirty as if no one ever cleaned it!! Wow, lol – I laugh because it’s both sad and disgusting. I submitted a work order to be done and it took them almost 2 1/2 months to come to my apartment and get it done, even after it was done, a month or so later I needed to submit the same work order again! Some neighbors are nice but other neighbors blast their music so loud, cops must get involved and this happens at least 2-3 times a month! I spoke to some of the other tenants and they tell me that Javier will fix any issues with only his friends that live here but if not, you will have to wait a month or so to get a work order done. There is only 2 onsite maintenance personnel and they are horrible at their job. The pool is almost always closed, and the FLOODING is the WORST here!! It’s so bad that cars get on top of the grass area and even at that the managers will call their towing company to tow your vehicle because it’s not in a regular parking spot!!! They need to understand that once the water goes down, we as the tenants will move our vehicles back to their parking spaces! To sum things up, this place is atrocious. Think before you move to this place, don’t say that I didn’t warn you, proceed at your own risk. Finally – I’m glad, I’m out of here.
worst apartmens ever, they don't offer a permanent parking permit and if you forget to put it in place they take your car and charge you 298. 00 to recover it, I don't recommend this appartments to my worst enemy
My first and worst apartment. Management sucks, maintenance sucks, the laundromat on site sucks, and the pool is closed almost all the time even in the spring and summer. Basically it was just a horrible experience and I would never recommend this place to anyone!
