The one star rating is for how this location goes about collecting payment if you are a week late. As you know you can pay your bill online which is a convenient way of saving time going to the location, but customers please be aware if you get a couple days behind for what ever reason they will use Gorilla Warfare tactics to aggressively pressure or intimidate you in short terms \Harass\ you. Reminds me of the Mob back in the day they come to collect and if you don't have the money they either beat you up or go after your love ones. This place should be called Rentorelse. Please anyone that have had this happen to them let me know write a review. You the customer have the power to shut this location and every other location down by taking your money some where else. Try American Freight in McAllen, TX they have awesome prices great furniture and layway or if you apply for credit you will get it and not have to worry about if you get a little behind in payments someone knocking on your door every morning, evening, and night. They are like detectives looking for criminals. They have always been straight with me. Always nice and ready to help. And patient with requests and questions. ***The manager is AWESOME!!! He drove a little over an hour (round trip), just to get me the PS4 I wanted to give my boyfriend for his birthday as a last minute surprise!!! SUPERB customer service!!!!
