This is the worst company ever. They do not have support after hours. If your internet goes down on Friday it's out until they decide to show up on Monday. They shut down our internet during high peak hours to do work. We told them we needed it up for work she told me in no uncertain terms to get bent. They turned it off anyway. I asked her to give us 2 more hours so we could finish the work call and she said no they wanted to get done and go home. They cant even get billing done without messing ot up. They are a little mom and pop joint trying to play with the big boys. They also overload the towers and you never get what you pay for. Save yourself a lot of headaches and go somewhere else.

Installed my dish in April... no problems . Called six months later to have a TV moved from one room to another. Was stood up three different days. Said they would be here , never showed never called. Did however take my payment for the move. Secretary Amber informed me I would have to have a wireless joey since I lived in a “duplex”. After complaining to Rick he told me to call Dish and he would refund my money. Did just that .. called Dish they sent out a tech the next day ( he showed up the very time down to the minute he said he would arrive ) Dish waved the fee for the unprofessional service MCCoy Satelite represented. TV moved without wireless joey and no holes drilled! I know MCCoy services some in the local area, I guess it’s to each his own ... I prefer a man of his word.

Terrible install...tech was mad because he missed the spot twice, and left saying "I'm not digging another hole". So I never even got service, no line of sight install. He left trash in the yard, the mess where he drilled thru my wall, and left the open hole and trench from his first site. Mccoys offered to send the same guy back to fix it. Lol I just cancelled the service, and, of course, no refund of the 125.00 charge. I seriously don't recommend this place!!

Random disconnects / Random drops of dns connection even with router signal / less then half of what i was promised for speeds (ive run multiple speed test on several different sites) Not worth the hassle

Good people when there is a problem they come out and fix it immediately or next day. Best internet you can find around the area especially if you are into gaming.

Awful, they often fail to deliver reliable and stable internet and when they do, it is only about half the speed they promise.
