Puck up was less than 1hr. I saw a lot of reviews warning people about the long pick up time. Drop off was less than 30mins. The gentleman at the McDonough location was very nice and thorough. The RV was very clean and working well. One of the burners wasn't working but it didn't bother us, we grilled out.
We enjoyed our RV. Everything worked great and we were able to get to our in-laws and back very comfortably. We received it clean, the rental agent was friendly, helpful, and really knew what he was talking about. We didn't want the extra 12/day insurance at first, but it really came in handy when we popped a tire. Didn't get charged a thing for them sending a guy to change the tire. We will definitely be using them again.
They had free parking for me to leave my truck and we had a good vacation. I had trouble lighting the stove but there assistance people helped me get it going over the phone.
Friendly agent and our trip went well. I will be renting from here again.
