Absolutely amazing customer service from Lee the manager. I couldn't even get out of the store fast enough to leave a great review. The Christmas cards are very attractive so I had to grab one of those. And they had a nice blue flashlight for my daughter's birthday today. So don't hesitate to stop by this UPS and ask for Lee and his crew because they are great!

I do a lot of mobile business and I'm used to going to the UPS store near my home. Unfortunately I needed help and I wasn't close to my usual store. I'm glad that this store has opened. It's convenient. The staff, especially Heather, was truly helpful. I was able to print, make copies, scan documents, and email in less than 15 mins. They were a lifesaver!!! This will definitely be one of my go to stores.
Came in today returning some items and Tristen was so very kind to me and made everything so easy. Everyone had smiles and it was so welcoming. I will definitely be back!!

I wanted to leave a great review for two outstanding workers at this UPS store location who always go above and beyond to ensure you have been given great customer service.... MONTAVIOUS WALKER & LEE are such amazing workers! Montavious Walker on numerous occasions has gone above and beyond to give me outstanding customer service help during this horrible pandemic. He's ensured that all of my postal and shipping needs were met and helped me to make sure my cost of shipping would be in my price range for the days that I was requesting. Each time I have gone in to this location and get helped by Montavious Walker or Lee, either young men have a friendly attitude, very professional, kind, respectful and just an outgoing personality. Montavious always greets you with a warm welcoming attitude. It makes going there in a pandemic a nice experience just to be treated so well. Its always pleasant to speak with Montavious too. He's such a sweetheart!! I appreciate all that you do for me Montavious and for your hard work during this time. You are truly appreciated during this time and your work does not go unnoticed at all by me. Thank you both for your hard work during this time Montavious and Lee.
