I bought a washing machine and dryer from them, the dryer works fine but the washing machine since day 1 hasn't work and had ZERO help from them. Buy and beware what you buy from them because they offer no assistance in helping resolve any issues!

I am getting a delivery in the next hour. Scheduled it Thursday. Paid 80 for delivery to be told today that the 80 I paid does not include bringing the couch in my house. That I would have to pay more for that. No where on your website or when I was scheduling the delivery was I told about this. In fact when I Scheduled they had me measure my door. This is bad customer service.

I ended up walking out of this store! Not only do the employees there have zero customer service skills, they absolutely have no inventory! Tons and tons of displays with no stock, oh! And you can not buy the floor displays! I was also told they would take my money and order the item I was in search of but it was going to take months for it to arrive! Not really sure how a store with no inventory will ever stay in business.... plus the women working this evening should probably look elsewhere for employment anyways cause customer service is definitely not for them! If you are in need of anything from this store I would highly suggest searching at a different American Freight because I did find what I wanted at a different store it’s an hour and a half drive but their customer service skills were on point!
