A kid from 91

I don’t go to the post office because they lack customer service and manners. I use ups instead. When I can, I use ups for my carrier but in some cases I have to use usps. I can ALWAYS go to ANY ups store and leave my Package there. I was told that they could not accept my Pascal age because they only have room for theirs and that I can go to the post office, in a rude way. When I was leaving the guy was nice (after he saw my facial expressions). Please provide a little more help and not just shut me away.

I am a “Karen” when it comes to businesses who allow and serve customers who waltz in either without a mask or lets it just hang off their ears under their chin. No consideration for anyone else but themselves. I was so proud of this store as I drove up to drop off a package and saw a man and a women waiting for store to open not wearing masks. I sat in my car until those two took care of of their business, leave so that I can go in and take care of mine. So I watch as they enter in five seconds later turn around and walk right back out their boxes the store refused service because they did not have a mask! I was so proud of this UPS store and thank them for caring for their community.

The people that have worked with me and even waited when I was held up are Awesome. I've been going there since it's inception. During heavyship times I've seen people be understanding and I've seen people lose it and a sailor would blush all were treated the same.

Nice store professional courteous guys at the front. Took care of my return right away no questions asked they tape it up for me and put the return label on the box wonderful place in service I would visit again
