This company is absolutely horrible and not worthy of any stars!! I work with a corporation and we used GTT Communications service at various locations across the U.S.A. That is until I found out they are a reseller of services from other area ISP such as Comcast or Spectrum. Technical Support and Customer Service from GTT is awful. A 10 minute conversation with Comcast for a resolve has turned into 4 hour conversionsations and several days of waiting for paperwork with GTT. GTT acquired AccessPoint Communications which is a huge shame as AccessPoint was a far better company but now they are sucked into the horrificness!

Absolutely worthless and dirty company. Customer service absolutely sucks and you can never reach anyone. Takes months to resolve the most basic and elementary problems.
Chose Telnes because of superior customer service structure. Got bought by these guys. Internet (phones, email... the whole business) is shut down for two entire work days, and i have never received a phone call back as an update. Had to call and wait 15 - 30 minutes, listening to Techno music to get an update, and you basically get the word... escalated. Not Impressed.
This is pre-mature, but doing a trace to any website from my laptop ends up at 208.84.49.26 before the trace begins to time out. Doing a little research, google maps show this address as a residential home. Noticed the home to be raised, like some underground what ever! Who are you and why do I have to have my traffic go through your stuff? What's with the time outs? I will reply some more here when I learn some more, sounds government to me!
