Because of water damage, our entire kitchen was gutted and redesigned (to include wall, plumbing, and appliance relocation) from the ground up. The water damage extended into a basement room that was retrofitted into a 700 bottle wine cellar. The Sun Design team did a fantastic job of leading us through the design and implementation of our remodeled kitchen and new wine cellar. Their professionalism through the design process was top of the charts. While they shared key design tenets with us, they were also sensitive and adaptive to our design desires. The kitchen design included three stand alone islands, all new cabinetry, and enlarged pantry, new flooring, and all new appliances. The cellar design included stacked-stone walls, custom wine storage, stemware display, and authentic 120- year old wood beams on the ceiling from a local farm house. The materials used, attention to detail, and superb craftsmanship immediately stand out to all who see our new spaces. We would highly recommend Sun Design to anyone looking for a significant redesign or remodel. Monte & Christine

I used Sun Design for my kitchen remodel and was very pleased with everyone I worked with and all the work that was completed. It was a very positive experience, even during Covid. My main team consisted of Katie, Nicolette, Gabe and Mike. Each brought their own special skills to the project and each displayed the highest level of professionalism and courtesy throughout the entire process. I was especially impressed with how clean they keep everything every day and how the dust was always contained to the kitchen area. When you partner with Sun Design on a remodeling project, several \teams\ are involved in the process. The first team is the Design team that puts your ideas into an actual blueprint. The second team is the Crew that transforms your blueprint into the design and structure you have dreamed about for years. The third team, and the one we would like to highlight, is the support team that covers the workmanship of the first two teams. Once your project is completed you are given a 3 year warranty on Sun Designs work. Since our remodeled kitchen was completed in April 2019 we have needed several small repairs completed. Maryam and her team of Lewis and Jeff quickly respond to our requests and complete the repairs in a timely manner. On one occasion the roof in our basement developed several small cracks which was caused by the foundation settling after our project was completed. They completed the repairs in two sessions, plastering first and then repainting the entire ceiling. It is so nice to know we can rely on this team and their commitment to Sun Designs warranty program.
