One of the best butcher shops in the area. Quality meats at great prices. My friends and I stopped by recently to stock up for our Lake house trip. We bought Australian truffle, A5 Japanese wagyu and American wagyu. Prices were reasonable and everything was so fresh. The marble on the meats and the aromatics from the truffle were amazing. If you want great cuts of meat and fresh produce this is your spot. The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable. Very willing to share their knowledge on the current inventory. The parking here can be tight on the weekends. With current Covid conditions the entire staff is wearing gloves and masks. Expect a little wait when you want to get your groceries just because the staff has to go inside and grab them. Overall, great experience and I will be recommending this location to all of my friends

I've been shopping here for nearly a decade when I want a special steak or some high quality fish, but I won't be back until operations return to normal. I've ordered their new curbside three times. First time they shorted me over a pound of Halibut. Luckily I hadn't left when I noticed, and called. I was 'assured that it was right, but I was insistent and they came out and fixed the issue (which was obvious) Second order went smoothly. Yesterday's order didn't. My order was for three steaks and three fish filets. Two of the steaks were under weight by 1 ounce (which isn't a huge deal, except that the price difference on their site is 6 per steak when purchasing 8-10 ounce filets versus 10-12 ounce. So seeing as both of these were under 10 ounce steaks, I felt shorted. But that wouldn't be enough for me to leave a negative review. They also forgot the 3rd steak. I called and left a voicemail and texted. Got a call back shortly after, from someone who didn't exactly care about the issue. He offered for me to either pick up a replacement steak for the one they forgot or he'd refund. I went the refund route. He also ignored the fact that they charged me for larger steaks, so all in all I'm out time and 12 plus tax, because under weight isn't a big deal to them apparently. All in all, this place has been great past, but until I can see what I'm paying for, on their counters, I won't be back. I can't trust them to fulfill my order or make it right when they failed to.

So far so good. Ordered items for pick up a couple times now. Everything has been good so far. Tied sausages, meat and wagyu tri tip. Ordered online and picked up at the store. Pick up personnel have been polite each time. Everything has been completed to order without issue thus far. Look forward to trying out other items.

Every once in a while there comes an occasion in which you want the food to be perfect. I hosted one such occasion this week—I made a Beef Wellington for a special birthday. I called The Organic Butcher and requested a châteaubriand for pick up the next day. The size and the cut could not have been more perfect. I had to make no adjustments to the beef. Perhaps the proof is in the tasting – the taste was as perfect as the cut. Thank you, you brilliant professionals at The Organic Butcher.

Tremendous customer service after a rare snafu. Service recovery is what makes a GREAT small business! Grateful for the AMAZING meats we have purchased here ( FYI the Waygu NY Strip is to die for). A BIG Shout out to Dylan, Ryan and Frenchie for helping to make our experience so positive.
