We bought a modular home with them after looking at several different areas even in Kentucky. What sold us was the quality, size you get for the price. Josh was our salesman that helped us through the process and he helped navigate us through a few changes we wanted to make our home unique along with giving some pretty good ideas along the way. Overall he was nice and not pushy. There are always problems when building or whatever you choose to do but with Meadows you can rest assured they will make sure if is right and send someone out to fix it. That's the part you will deal with Leslie who handles all the calls and sets up everything. Leslie is AMAZING to work with and gets things done! She made me feel like I had nothing to worry about on the back end of the build. Overall if you want a home that has good quality for the money go to Meadows of McMinnville.

Great amount of places to look at, but when it comes to customer service and satisfaction they have no skills. I have to call multiple times to have them come fix something, even though its in their contract. I had to fix plumbing issues that they did because they can't tighten a single sink correctly and it caused water damage in a brand new 2020 mobile home. The people they hire truly are disasters and best thing is to do it yourself.
Me and my Husband purchase out new 2020 home with William at meadows homes after several several trips to the lot I finally made my decision I thought but in the end and several more trip I found the one I wanted . William was great as a sales person and helped us out with any question we had. We have been in our home for about three months and it was a great decision we made even if it took me as long as it did but I know I made the right choice for us .So ask for William if you go looking for your new home he will assist you and answer any question no matter how long it takes you to decide.
