Ohhh they got what ya need!

The store seems fine and workers are polite. They made it a good experience helping me place my orders I needed. However their actually shipping is horrific!! My first order was days late and the delivery tracking was never updated for 5 days! When I called to see what the problem might be and if there was another estimated time of delivery all they could tell me was it's been shipped and in transit, not the workers fault but that's something the company itself should be fixing. Plus I never got an email informing me of a delay. My next order after 7 business days I got an email stating it hasn't even been shipped yet! Then that email tells me it could be another 5 days to ship! This all in my opinion is unacceptable. If you can't buy it in store I don't recommend ordering with Home Depot it's not good and very inconvenient!

Was quickly guided to the items we were looking for by a very friendly associate. While selecting the items we needed, the associate came back to make sure we had found the items we needed. Great service! Did find that their 2x4s were not of the quality I was looking for. Many bowed, damaged or with barked edges. Had to go through a lot of boards just to get 6 good ones.
