My initial appointment with Dr. Alma was wonderful. Since then the experience with the office has been horrific. I have been calling for over a month and have left nine messages regarding an issue with insurance to receive the MRI they recommended. I am still waiting for a call back! I would not advise any patient to seek care here, as patient care does not seem to be a priority to them.

Awful run office. My appointment has been changed twice without notifying me. I also have been trying to get a test scheduled but no one will call me back. I have left three detailed messages in the last month but no one ever calls me back Update: I called 3 days ago and I indicated that it was urgent that I get a call back. I have still not received a call back.

Dr. Alam is excellent; geting to her is awful. I need a refill for a prescription and been trying to reach the doctor since Monday, it's now Friday. 5 phone calls (average wait time 30 mins), finally talked with someone, who would send the messge \STAT\ to the doctor and still no response or prescription. . It's a shame they have good doctors but the administrative piece is lacking...quite a bit, actually.

Tired of the office never answering calls in a timely manner. No patient should have to wait 15-30 minutes to reach a person on the phone! It doesn’t matter if I am trying to reach billing or the front desk- always the same.
