My dad needed an overnight Oxymeter test while he was in the Holy Cross Hospital in Florida. Daniella, the agent, who represented my dad and helped me went above and beyond her 'Call of Duty'. She was so helpful, kind and patient with my many questions and concerns. She made me feel very comfortable in asking/repeating questions and she is an expert in her field. She even offered her cell number to me for the weekend, if I had additional questions or concerns!! It has been a very difficult month for the health of my father, but Daniella was our 'angel' today.
