I have only positive things to say about working with A & D Appliance Center in Medfield. I was looking for a countertop microwave - for what appears to be a small store, their selection was actually quite large (and much better/ higher quality than anything I saw at a big box store). The staff were friendly, personable and thorough; even for such a small purchase, they made me feel as though they valued my business. Shortly after my microwave purchase, our washing machine died and I went back to A & D. Had another very positive experience with this purchase and the quick delivery and installation. I would not hesitate to go back for any future appliance needs - they are terrific. Pricing and selection are great, customer service is excellent!

We were delighted to work with A&D to purchase a new refrigerator. Ours had a major problem and we needed a quick replacement. What we found from looking around was that there is a shortage of refrigs due to production downtime during COVID-19. Thanks to A&D, and our terrific salesman Mark, we were able to get a floor model of just the right dimensions. It's perfect. It was the easiest purchase we've made. Delivery and setup occurred as scheduled and were just as easy. We'll keep going back to A&D for all our appliance needs.
