TERRIBLE!! I sent flowers to a wake/funeral through Lovell's. I was very specific in what I wanted. What Lovell's delivered was not at all what I requested. The arrangement was disappointing in substance and style and represented a price point far less than what I paid for. Lovell's added dead hydrangeas to the arrangement as well. I was embarrassed. When I reached out to inquire via email and phone call, they failed to return my call. I would never suggest using Lovell's. You'd be better off going to Star Market or Shaw's if you want something special. Yes, that's just how bad the arrangement was!!! IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER - My only \vision\ was a very specific request to not use cheap flowers or filler. I was told that Lovell's could handle my request. If you couldn't or if the timeframe was an issue, then you should have told me so. I reached out by phone and email and I never heard back from anyone. When I placed my order, I was not told (as you falsely claim) that hydrangeas could be finicky and that I may run the risk of a poor floral selection because I called on a Saturday for a Monday delivery. If you told me that, I surely would have gone elsewhere rather than run the risk of embarrassment.

Had the greatest experience today. Dave helped find the perfect fig tree. It is for a family member who lost a loved one. Before speaking to him, I had also found this sunflower bird bath so I asked him to help me load it on my cart. Well we went over to get it and it was GONE. It must have been moved right after I went to ask someone for help.. or possibly hidden by someone else that wanted it. He helped me search the whole grounds to find it. We DID find it and he didn't think twice to clean it off for me. Then he helped me load everything on my truck and was so happy to do it. Best service ever. Some people complain about the prices at Lovell's but these plants are so well cared for and last forever. I'd pay extra to get healthy plants and service like this anyday. I'll be back for sure! They have a large greenhouse with mainly annuals, outside perennials of different sizes and prices on separate tables, and a wide range of shrubs and trees in the back which is quite spread out. The sales people are friendly and helpful and you can ask for people in the yard to help you with finding schrubs or loading them into your car. The price is naturally more expensive than Home Depot but it's reasonable for a local Nursery which services the area, I think. Anyway, I enjoy going there often in Spring to add to my garden for flowers, etc.
I was so excited to see ACCENTS and the nursery open. I have wanted to stop there for ages. ACCENTS has a bunch of nice, be it a tad bit pricey, array of things. I had to purchase a bunch of birthday, anniversary, graduation and other gifts. I saw much that I liked and would have purchased, but when the associate came out from the back with NO MASK ON and APPROACHED ME much closer than 6’, well, I was done. I went over to the nursery side to see if I could salvage the trip. Same thing! The customers all had masks on and stayed socially distant. In Accents they even request that you use sanitizer upon entering. There is signage up all over the place for masks to be worn and to stay socially distant, but the employees and owners...NOT SO MUCH! Sorry Lovell’s, if you are not going to show respect nor consideration for other’s health and well being and respect the law, you don’t get my hard earned money now or in the future!
