Remarkable work experience! Love the appointment process and continual updates re: the window when the work person would arrive. Once he did (several minutes early!), Jonathan had a lot of experience and expertise, was professional, efficient, and creative in fixing a trouble he had rarely seen. He gets an A for sure! The whole process was painless from begin to finish, cost was transparent and reasonable, and my washing machine is once again working great. Thank you!

They did a beautiful work we had a 35 yr old furnace and there salesman Clinton arrived out looked at our current system and he was thorough he took his time and answered all of my questions he also understood that I couldn't make any decisions without my significant other and he was in the hospital at the time. He called back a few weeks later to see if we had any questions we were still looking at all our options We decided to go with Kotz because they had the best price and the best value. We were scheduled for install a week later the installation crew were excellent polite and understanding that we have exotic birds and were concerned about them getting cold. They were wonderful they covered all our flooring were respectful and explained how the system worked they just took the time to make sure we were very satisfied.
We had an dilemma with our older washer here in Davis, and one of their repairmen arrived and fixed it in under 30 minutes. He explained the issue to me and how to avoid it in the future. Just a great guy overall, and one of the best experiences I had with someone coming into my house.
Took apart dryer. Cleaned and replaced worn and broken parts. Wouldn't turn on when he left. Control panel was wonky to start with (12 year old unit) and it finally wouldn't project after being put back together. He arrived back out the next day and corrected it enough to run in a single position to last me till I could buy another unit at no charge. The broken piece is no longer avail to replace it.
