We tried to buy a forklift here and we spoke with Charlie, he said he would get back to us and we called back after a week of not hearing back from him and he just insulted me and was very rude. We then tried to make a different deal with someone else on a new forklift, paying cash, and he said it would take about 48 hours to finish the deal. I then reached out to ASCO and they took 3 hours to finalize the deal and have the forklift delivered to our yard in THREE HOURS!!!!!
