Medley has easily some of the nicest and most generous employees I've met! The employee who helped me was extremely friendly (he even said hello when I saw him around town around Christmas) and is great at what he does.

Complete brake failure after their repair! My company called Medley out to repair the brakes on one of our forklifts. A couple of days after the repair, the tires he had removed almost came off because the lug nuts were not torqued properly. We immediately called Medley to come and fix the issue. Initially we were told that someone would be out the next day to look at it. No one showed up. We called again and finally someone came by to look at it. They told us they would get parts ordered. A week later and after several phone calls we were finally told that all of their mechanics were too busy! Does this sound like good customer care? At my company, if we make a mistake on a customer unit we drop whatever we have to in order to make it right. Not so with Medley apparently. Over a week after the lug nuts failed, we decided to fix the issue ourselves. I contacted the store manager and he was dismissive. To top it off, a couple of months later the brakes that they installed completely failed while one of our guys was driving it across the yard. We removed the hub to find that they were installed incorrectly by their mechanic. Luckily our employee was not moving anything at the time. Someone could have been seriously injured or killed. Medley will have a lawsuit on their hands if they continue to operate like this. We will never use them again.
