My experience with Medley was poor. They came out to look at our forklifts and said they were too old and they did not want to work on them. They had worked on them before and gladly took our money for the repairs. The repairman was rude and insulting. To top off the bad experience, I was then sent a bill for the privilege of being told they would not work on my forklifts. Since I would not pay this bill as they did not do anything but insult us, they have now turned me into a collection agency. I called the local Albuquerque forklift repair service and they gladly fixed both of my forklifts. Medley is an out of state company that does not seem to care about the local businesses.

These guys are nothing short of AMAZING! We got into some deep sand with our lift and were at a total loss on how to get it out. Manny in service sent a couple guys over to lend a hand. Next thing we know the team shows up and dove right in. Without them and the kindness shown we would have been shut down. Thank you for everything! Brandon K. Overbilled for a minor service. Quoted 800 to replace a 400 starter on a Yale GLP050 forklift. Final bill was over 1800. Tried to get service to match the quote, they refused. Tried to get labor justification (employee time card) this was also refused. Based on talking to other customers, it comes to light that Medley uses what is called \ghost time\. They bill customers for hours that don't exist in order to bump up their profits. Based on what I can tell, my labor was bumped up with ghost time. I would highly recommend using a different material handling provider in Albuquerque. Anyone has to be better than this.

Called the Albuquerque branch and was helped by Eric. After talking with a few of the other companies in town, Eric at Medley was the only one who was able to answer my questions and find me the part that I was looking for.
