Thank you to the Mobility 101 of Wilmington, North Carolina for all their help with installing a handicap ramp to our stage in our Ballroom! I am a Catering Sales Manager at a hotel and had been working with a client who required a handicap ramp for our existing stage for a speaker during a dinner program. I had the pleasure of working with Christine Brenner and she made the booking process so easy and worked with the time constraints that we were under to set the room in time for a dinner and meeting to follow- despite being outside of normal business hours. The technician, Mitch, arrived 30 minutes prior to ensure all equipment was staged for the \tight turn\ of the ballroom. Mitch was very efficient in the setup and the client was very impressed. We look forward to working with Mobility 101 in the future!
Your salesman and installer (Jimmy and Jake) were professional, friendly, and courteous. The system seems to be of good quality. Kathy was great at working with me to schedule installation, and quickly provided my paid receipt. Overall, it was a great doing business with 101 Mobility.
