Let's see, a 7' 2 x 4 was 5/8\ long. A 12' 2x8 was 3/4\ long. A 10' 2x4 was 7/8 long. It was not just one 90% of the material was wrong! Manager said oh so sorry. My thoughts are go to Home Depot. Had a 28' wall built that had to be taken apart. Oh so sorry.
There order on line needs some improvement. Order was fine til we got to the store. They have posted call this number and tell them your spot number... they will bring it out. Ended up having to go into the store to get. Whole point was Didn't want to go into the store!
Customer service is great when you can find someone to help you. Otherwise, employees are very helpful in helping you find things and help with how to projects.
I like shopping at Menards. I found what I needed & was able to get it for a good price..
