This is my first time there in over a year. As I walked up to the entrance I saw a worker wiping down the handles to the shopping carts. The store was not busy as I was there around 4 pm. I found everything I needed, but one product so I asked a worker. He was very pleasant and helpful. Store appeared clean.

I've always found a good amount of the stuff I've needed at this Menards. I especially like their lighting selection. They have a good selection for LED light bulbs, but not many choices when it comes to smart lights or RGB color changing. There's not much interaction with the employees on an average visit, but I haven't had any bad experiences with them either

Went to checkout at Menards and I couldn't find my rebate slip. Assumed i dropped it somewhere, gone. Ended up paying in cash. One week later I receive our slip mailed to me at my home from Burlington Menards. OUTSTANDING service from Menards! Thank you SO MUCH! Keep it up.

I wish I had cooperation number to call but I don't. Anyways I was treated every rudely by the store manager for asking a question and he was kicking me out for asking a question. Every unprofessional of him. He followed me around the store and was yelling at me. I will never step foot in another store. I will take my money else. Sorry you guys blew it.

Loading service could of been better. The guy was a bit rude when directing us where to park and how to load. Indoor service was helpful and polite.
