My children, who live in Canada, ordered a plant (through Teleflora who, I believe, charges quite a bit for this service and farms the orders out to the local florists) for my birthday and Mother’s Day, which are a week apart. Doug did not have the requested plant but he did send an absolutely beautiful bouquet of blue Hydrangeas and White Roses. When I thanked my children they said “bouquet? We wanted a plant.” I phoned Doug to ask what had happened and he explained that he’d had to do a substitution. He then said to call in a week and he should have some plants in (Mother’s Day emptied out the inventory of any florist who was open). I wasn’t angry that he’d had to substitute and had already decided I wouldn’t call back as he had provided a beautiful bouquet, for which he had been compensated. I felt that also supplying a plant would mean he was getting a loss on my children’s order. To my surprise, he showed up two days later with a beautiful hydrangea, which I have since planted in my garden. Doug went above and beyond what he needed to do! I was so impressed! Doug made a GORGEOUS arrangement for my sister's 50th! It was PERFECT! The request was extremely late (asking for him to do it that day), and not only did he make it so beautiful, he was so friendly and delivered it to my house. I will be using him from here on out - his flowers are ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!! Highly recommend
Doug made a beautiful arrangement for a friend of mine. He called to let me know that the flowers I had requested weren't available (as is expected with flowers!), but still provided a gorgeous arrangement. My friend was so impressed and said it made her day. Thanks so much, Doug!
I was psyched for the delivery of a small arrangement to a friend's birthday. The arrangement, plus delivery and tax was 58.58. I ordered the flowers a week ahead of time and received an email confirmation. Four days before delivery I received an email saying I needed to pay another 20 \to fill the order to value.\ I have never heard of such a thing. I cancelled the order.
Considering I was a walk in, the woman pulled together a beautiful arrangement at a very reasonable price and in just a short amount of time. I would go here again in a heartbeat. I only wish I had taken a picture to be able to share it with you.
