I dropped off a pair of new shoes to add a lift for my leg discrepancy three weeks ago. I never received a call when they were finished. I picked up my shoe. I almost cried when I saw the damage to my new Vionic shoe. During repair they cut into the top of the shoe, sanded off stitching on the top of the shoe, there was glue residue on the top and bottom of the shoe, the insert had gaps in the adhesive they used to glue it to the existing shoe. The sole of the shoe was also cut up and was jagged. I would never recommend anyone taking their shoes to this shop. I asked for a refund and they refused. I was told by the receptionist the owner, Brian would look at the shoe and repair himself instead of the employee that ruined the shoe. I called the next day and found out Brian let the original employee that ruined my shoe to rework it again. I am so angry and disappointed. If you have any issues good luck trying to resolve. The employees tell you they only work there and only Brian can resolve issues but Brian only comes in once a week according to his employee, he is running a discount furniture store as well. Maybe they are ok at other things but I will never recommend for shoe lift inserts

I took my husband's boots in to be re-soled, after 3.5 weeks of waiting and numerous phone calls, the were finally done. Definitely not impressed. For 135 plus tax, I would have hoped the stitching would have at least been even or the threading in a similar color as the boots themselves. Lesson learned, next time I'll just pay for another pair of boots instead of the botch job I received.

I dropped off two pairs of boots. One had lost the rubber on the bottom of the heel and the other pair had been gnawed on by my puppy. I got both pairs back about a week later and they're both as good as new! Very nice woman at the desk too!

Always an excellent job! I recently had my friends boots fixed and Brian did such a good job that my friend said they were better than new!
