Two years ago, my wife was transported against her will by medics from AMR. She was not in distress but bullied into believing this was necessary. Having paid the bill in full more than 16 months ago, this company had the audacity to factor the debt out to a collection agency, a clear attempt to collect twice on a bill that's already been paid. If medics from this company show up and your need is real, demand that another transport be called, lest you spend the next several years trying not to get scammed out of your hard earned money.
These people left me in Soiled clothing, The ambulance lady made me feel like trash and told me I couldnt leave to change. Then they make 0 attempts to reach me by phone afterwards. I Just called to confirm my number was in their system. It is.
Worst company ever. Get an Uber it will be 10x better.
Their billing did not get the address correct, so instead of getting a bill, it went to collections. That experience of dealing with the collections India call center went on for weeks. AMR billing didn't give out enough information which made the process go on much longer than it needed to. It's been extremely frustrating to actually give them your money.
