Can’t say enough “good things” about this company! I live on the east coast worked through all aspects of the process, sales, installation and payment remotely. It went flawlessly! Installation was perfect and CLEAN! The payment process was exactly what they said it would be with NO surprises! The best part about this business is they're service after installation. They installed a fantastic entertainment system for my home. It was a significant amount of work and they delivered a great product! It's now two years since install and I'm continuing to get fantastic service from Kevin. Every system update, technical question, service issue that I've needed for two years had been handled immediately and professionally. I'm really glad I went with automated environments.
Most of my contact with Automated Environments was with Jason. Jason was excellent in communicating with me about my project from my initial call, scheduling the work, and even followed up with me well after hours on a Friday when the project was completed to ensure I was satisfied with the work that was done. Pat and the team who completed the work were professional and completed a very clean installation of my equipment. I own a business with multiple employees and I can say Jason, Pat and Automated Environments have customer service and professional installation nailed down!
Just had Steve out at the house with Automated Environments. Steve was extremely knowledge, helpful, and personable. I had troubles getting other companies out to the house but did not have any issues getting Automated Environments. I would recommend them to others.
These guys are fantastic. I gave them my budget, explained what was top priority to me, and then they patiently educated me about my options. Invoice was clear and detailed. Install was clean and professional. Completely transformed our family room. The video and sound couldn’t be better. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Edit, 48 hours after install: I've had the opportunity to watch some new movies and some old favorites. THIS NEW SYSTEM IS AMAZING AND MY ONLY REGRET IS THAT I DIDN'T DO THIS A YEAR AGO!
