Withholding important test results! Worst doctor I have ever visit, she does not care about patients at all. I had my well women exam with Dr Christine-Brass Jones, I notified her about the pelvic pain I have been experiencing for few months and she did not care at all, she spoke to me less than 3 minutes and since I have experience working in medical field I know a well women exam should be done with the goal to get to know the patient. She had 0 empathy, I could not express my concerns. After I had the US and labs done at her office, no one call me back to notify me my results. After, I tried calling endlessly, finally someone answered and notified me that I had hemorrhagic cyst. I ask her why they did not call me sooner with the results and she said they did not know I have pain, she did not even apologize, It seems she did not know that is the patient right to know the test results! I will truly advice anyone against going to this office, patients deserve better, don’t waste your time and money in this office!! Least caring doctor I have ever visit and rude staff.

Dr. Brass is the best doctor I've even been to. She's thorough, makes you feel comfortable, and most importantly, she cares about her patients. The staff is always so sweet both in office and over the phone. I am very glad I found this practice ️

Dr. Grobe is wonderful. She spends the time to get to know all about me and my family. She never rushes on to the next patient. She is gentle, kind, understanding, patient, supportive and empathetic. Dr. Grobe recommends supplements, compounded medicines and advice to treat the whole of you, rather than treating just a symptom. I highly recommend her.

I feel completely heard and taken care of during my appointment. I so appreciate the written \Wellness Goals & Treatment Plans\ they provide for my reference after my appointment. This plan documents what was accomplished during my appointment, and what needs to be done next. It's so very helpful in reminding me what I need to do next. I've never had a doctor's office do this for me before, and it's just one of the little things they do that is a step above the rest ...they're just the best!!

I feel very well cared for at True Harmony! Dr. Brass and her staff are so welcoming and kind. I'm not nervous about delivery because I know me and my baby are in good hands. Any questions I have are always answered promptly, and I'm never waiting in the office long for my appointment to begin! This has been a really great experience.
