Helpful. I have been seen here recently as well as in the past. I never feel unheard or rushed out of the office. I have had to be patient but what doctors office doesn’t have set backs? If I come in needing help, I certainly hope other clientele would understand as we all need a little help on occasions. Mostly though, as worried about talking about issues with doctors, these guys will hear you. Give them a chance to catch up on your particular case and understand they are human. The issues people face when coming to specialists are not easy but the specialist is there because you are not the only experiencing issues. Delays happen but how we choose to deal with it makes or breaks the experience.

Omg Dont sends .mama and daddy here...first, off they don't answer the phones. No cups of water for elders...was told to walk to water fountain elder was out breath and then ask if she had been weighed lately because the scale is broke and they just write down her last weight ok first off this is a medical clinic why is the scale broke..like I said don't send mama and daddy here...
I am so disappointed in this office. I was a long time patient that didn’t need their help for a while. I was recently hospitalized and saw someone from this office all four days. They did my colonoscopy. I called the next day to ask questions about my medication and the receptionist refused to even pass a message to the doctor because they hadn’t see me in the office for a few years. Yet they just saw me for 4 days and did a colonoscopy the day before. She could offer an appointment in 2 weeks. This is ridiculous. The doctors should work for their patients after all that is what they get paid for. It there was a zero star option. I would have used that.
This office is horrible. The ladies upfront are rude. I took my 20-year-old daughter who was very sick and they would not let me stay with her due to coronavirus. I understand they don’t want a lot of people in the office but my daughter is very young and sick and needed me there to help her. They also kept changing her appointment times and then saying she couldn’t do a phone appointment and then saying she had to do a phone appointment.
If I could give it no stars I would! Spoke with doc to make follow up appt and asked specifically how much the follow up would be... he said follow up has no charge. Come to the office.. 140 for a new patient. No. She talks to the doc and comes back to tell me that I’m lying that the doc never said no charge. Bye Felicia. Had you been up front, I would have happily paid but, I won’t be told I’m a liar. Staff seems very indifferent when speaking to the few patients in front of me.
