Firefighters were great however trying to enroll in the rural metro program not good at all. Tried to pay my 600 dollar bill and enroll in program so I wouldn't get another bill like that and Joshua at the office was just not customer oriented. He said he didn't have any information to send me on the program after I paid the 527.00 enrollment fee. He never emailed me my receipt left him a message never called back. Poor poor customer service. And here they say how they service the community. My opinion is that it's a big RIP off.

This company is nothing but a bunch of crooks and scammers. They dispatched both EMS and FD to a call that only needed EMS. Now they are billing my company a 425 fee just for calling in the dispatch? And their reply is that \this is a new fee\ and \No\, they haven't notified any service providers of the fee, or people that live in their jurisdiction, and they can't provide me a map showing areas that this fee will be assessed for. Also, they won't bill insurance because insurance companies won't pay for FD, only EMS. Nor will they bill the client that actually used the service... they are billing me because I called in the request. When I refused to pay was told they would just send me to collections.
