Most of the negative reviews for this place is true. But because we've had a good experience with this store before, we decided to go anyway. I arrived at the store on time for my pickup time of 6:30pm. After letting them know about my online order, they said it'll be about 10 more minutes. Fifteen minutes past so I asked about my order. They quickly told me that my order was picked up by somebody else and that it will be another 10-15 minutes to remake. At 7:05pm, I was handed my bag of food and was assured everything was there. I was already upset so i took their word for it. When I got home, my sandwich is missing. Trying to stay calm, I game them a call. To make a long story short, I didn't get my food and I have to call corporate for a refund. I asked for the number and the manager on the phone said they don't have it. We are not going back ever there again!!!

I ordered from Postmates for pickup and got a message it was ready. I still waited 20 mins before picking it up and when I arrived it still wasn’t ready. I don’t think they have the whole ordering for pickup system down. It seems it’s taxing them. Walk-in orders go fine.
We really enjoyed the lunch here. Love the cheese jalapeno bread. . southwest chicken sandwich delicious

I love the sandwiches. I ordered online and picked it up. The girl forgot to give me my drink, that was sitting right with my order. I figured I better check my order and discovered that the chocolate chip cookie I ordered for 1.50, was a chocolate cookie. I asked about it an she said thats all they had. There was a bowl of chocolate chip cookies sitting on the counter. Regardless I think it would have been nice for them to let me know they were out of chocolate chip cookies and give me the option if I wanted the chocolate
