Great place to get spices and the bakery section had delicious little meat pies etc. that they heat up in a huge wood oven—very tasty and authentic the flatbreads looked amazing as well, next time when I’m wanting more of a meal than a snack I look forward to trying those

The distinct flavor of a true souq. Mingled spice aromas of black pepper, allspice, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, ginger, fenugreek aromas . Aisles filled with packed and unpacked jar and canned goods. Little treasures tucked here and there. I can only hope that the pandemic doesn't undermine the foot traffic Shamy needs to stay in business. So much that's sourced directly from different regions in Lebanon, Turkey(?), Jordan (?), and elsewhere. A lesson in the universal appeal of different cuisines and cultures.

Amazing hidden gem!!! The food is amazing, the sandwiches are to die for, and the foul is the best I’ve had in long while. Mom and Pop place, everything made to order fresh. Enjoyed it very much!! Thank you guys!
