I am looking forward to replacing the flooring in the townhouse we just bought. Because we have the Home Depot credit card that was the first place we went to. We picked out laminate flooring for 1000 sqft and 400 sqft Of carpet we liked. Went to the super busy gentleman sitting at a desk punching numbers in his calculator and asked how be buy flooring to be installed. He looked up and said he would call someone to help us. Ten minutes later he looked up from his desk and asked if anyone had come by. No was the answer so he called again. Fifteen minutes later I asked when a good time to come and buy flooring was. He said now was a good time and someone should have come by. I said I guess I’ll try later and he repeated that someone should have come by. I guess service like this is what keeps Express Flooring in business.

Check your recipts before you leave the store, infront of the cashier. I suggest this location not hire tweekers who can NOT stand still, look you in the eyes and especially employees who do not believe you when you take photos of prices posted! They tried charging me over 9 for an item listed just over 2. Even with photos of the price shown we still doubted. Even with the photo I went to take right at that moment the tweaker said she could not do anything unless she was able to scan the barcode on the photo. Which she did not try, someone else was called in that also doubted us and had to be shown with his own eyes by my bf this time as I stood by the register and our items. The entire time the tweaker could not stand still and had to constantly rub anything she could. Coming back to the register the young man was clearly unhappy that we have been correct the entire time and had to change the price. After leaving I asked my bf if he checked the receipt and he said yes but obviously didn't as in the receipt photo the tweaker only took off 2.26 and not the 7.32! Always check your recipts and take photos. Drug test your employees often and make sure they know basic math! The customer service from these individuals and being doubted made me mad, being around tweakers who can't stand still is completely gross and beyond annoying. After leaving the location and checking the receipt and seeing their mistake im far from satisfied with this location to say the least.
