What a nice experience I had this morning. Let me say that I am very pleased and happy from the work that was perform by Baker Brothers (Sam Boyd). I must say that he was friendly, polite, courteous, and very professional. He knew the product and how to fix it, that meant a lot to me. For every question that I asked he had an answer that really made me feel comfortable and to believe that I had made the right choice. To be honest I have no complaints, a very nice employee. Thanks for a job well done!

Baker Bros and Bryan were fantastic. They put me on the schedule that worked perfectly with my schedule. Bryan arrived a few minutes earlier. He looked over my problem and explained the options and the cost. I liked his evaluation and approved the work. He finished it quickly and it looks brand new. He cleaned everything up as though he had never been here. I will always call Baker Bros for help in plumbing matters for our house.

Our heater went out on coldest day in Texas! I called at 7 am and they came within hours! Chris Short was so wonderful and took care of everything. He walked us through what they were doing and literally got us a new heater within the hour. We felt very confident in his assessment and knowledge. He made the entire situation easy to understand and he was a pleasure to speak with as well. Javier Ponce installed both a new heater and air conditioner in just a few hours in the freezing cold and was so thoughtful and pleasant. We truly can’t sing their praises or thank them enough. They both were absolutely wonderful! We are so glad we called Baker Brothers. It’s a great company, reasonable prices, great customer service and communicate every step of the way! I would highly recommend this company. Wasn’t thrilled about having to get a new heater and ac (it was 18 years old and on its last leg) but I’m very happy we called Baker Brothers to do the job! I have absolute confidence they are the best! They really are so exceptional! They go above and beyond tenfold!

I had water covering my kitchen floor and an inch of water in my laundry room following the recent storm. Water was coming in everywhere. They showed up right on time, and fixed all four major leaks. They tested and retested to ensure they found everything. They cleaned up, and my house is whole again. They were fantastic, and Baker Brothers has never let me down. It’s been the same great service for my three air conditioning units and my two hot water heaters. I’ve used them for five years, and I’ll never try anyone else. Thank you to Jake and team for today!!

We bought a house that had two old R22 air conditioners, one of them was leaking refrigerant and the other wasn't cooling the house efficiently. We decided to replace both units. I called several firms and received their proposals, one of them being Baker Brothers. The reason we ended up choosing Baker Brothers was because of their customer service. Their prices were lower too, but overall the way we were treated and then the professionalism of their work really stood out. We ended up purchasing their Platinum package: Two new 18 seer air conditioners and two new furnaces. We also had all the duct work cleaned and scrubbed. We just got through with the hot Dallas weather and can now say that the two new air conditioners worked marvelously over the summer. They are two-stage, which means when that second stage kicks in it cools down rapidly in the house. Just wonderful - and efficient too. The girls at the office were always nice and the technicians were kind and courteous. Really good experience from beginning to end, and definitely recommend. Thanks, guys.
