I purchased a mattress and barely 3 months later its sinking in. Service tech came out and reported that its defective. I called the store and was told I needed to go to the store and sign papers. I asked what papers and just said papers and nothing else. Later I called back and a man answered the phone and told me I needed to pick out a new mattress cause they didn't carry mine anymore. So my husband took off work Sat and we drove a hour to the store and picked out another mattress. The salesman told me I didn't need to sign anything cause its a exchange. They only had one mattress for me to choose from. Only 1 firm mattress on the entire floor. Then he told me it would be delivered on Wed. Then on Tues I started calling trying to find out what time. I was told there was nothing in their computer about a delivery or new mattress. I called the store over and over. I was put on hold for 8 to 15 minutes each time I called and the woman deliberately hung up on me the second time I called and told her no one answered the phone. She was very rude and talked to me like I wasn't important only the customers in the store. Through out the day I called 12 times to the store and never ever got to speak to anyone about my mattress delivery. I was spoken rude to and deliberately left on hold by the woman answering the phone. I called the office and filed a complaint. The manager that never answered the phone is named Chris. I called from. 9:30am till 5:30 pm. They are very bad and I will not do business with them again. Treated me like I was nothing.

Joseph was knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and mostly considerate of my time and my budget. He helped me find the perfect fit washer and dryer. He quickly assisted me and allowed me time to explore other items on my own without harassing me. The store was organized. The staff was professional. The checkout was easy and they even load your items into your vehicle (if you choose to not deliver) Would highly recommend.
