Dr Oliver is cool as a fan with me! Not only did he give me some helpful information pertaining to a previous procedure, he broke it down in detail about my up and coming procedure. we also chit-chat on helpful thing's that I can do with this diet I'm on.. it's not many doctor's that's taking their time for extra conversation with their patients that doesn't pertains to Hill of beans.. At least he tries to form a rapport outside straight to the business at hand...I'm going to keep him

Great compassionate staff. Dr. Oliver is a straight shooter and tells you exactly what’s going on. I don’t have a single complaint. This was my second colonoscopy. The staff makes you feel VIP and it over before you know it even happened.

I just had a conversation with one of the office staff individuals who thought was it funny ( I heard her laughing ) and cute to hang up on someone trying to make an appointment for a very sick person . I don’t quite understand why she hung up and when I tried to call back the call went to the after hours answering system before 5 pm .?? She expected me to have full knowledge of the circumstances surrounding the person I was attempting to make the call for . Is this the manner the office staff is trained to treat potentially new patients ?? I mean is she 13?? I don’t it’s Friday , treat ppl with respect . Or find a new job where you can act like a child .

Very nice office. Staff so helpful, thoughtful and friendly. Dr. Oliver was aware of what was needed for our situation and followed through with ordering test.
