It appears that Don's has a consistency problems. I have noticed that if you go to Don's, it depends on which location and what time of day you go you will get different food. The presentation is nearly always spot on but for the price the taste should match the looks.

Sucked! Drinks were horrible. The swamp water and margaritas are a NO! Full of syrup and nasty. Nothing had seasoning.... nothing! ... I will never again
Don's seafood is worth every penny. I spent 75 bucks with no buyers remorse. Me and my family visited the Audubon Zoo ,then after visited dons. I had the jacked up oyster, fried gator, and some crawfish bisque. My significant other had the hamburger steak,smoke green beans(awesomeness in a bowl),and the mash potatoes. My kids ate from the kids meal,which I did not like that they went up on the price.( Every dollar counts people. It's a pandemic.)3 of my kids had the kids cheese burger meal. Then my (I'm not eating that child had some redheads and rice,she was please. Go try Dons Seafood. Something great is going on overthere.
My family and I went to this restaurant on 23rd December, AND the food was awesome. Every member of my family enjoyed their dish. My alcohol drinks were awesome. Vicki was our server and she did an excellent job. Very friendly and welcoming service. Last, to the chef... I owe you a thousand kisses. I truly enjoyed myself. Thanks
