These guys are amazing. I was super stoked to have such a great experience renting a downhill bike from Michael. His staff are super great and their customer service is top notch. The Bikes are awesome and Mr. Metzger himself actually came outside with me and gave me a couple of tips on how to start adjusting for the best suspension on the hill. He asked my weight and made sure the bike was set right for me. Pretty cool getting suspension tips and chatting with the moto legend himself. I thought it was really cool how helpful he was. I even scored some tips on the local race season coming up and where the best event calendars could be found. Epic Experience!
Thanks Mike! My nephew and I came to Big Bear for the first time today to try out downhill mountain biking. We soon learned that my nephews 1980's bike wasn't going to cut it. After stopping at three local shops for a rental, we stopped at Metzger World Bikes. Mike got him set up on a stellar downhill mountain bike that worked great. We had a blast and really appreciate the personable customer service we experienced at the shop.
Top of the line bikes that were turning heads all day on the mountain. Mike was great and took the time to make sure our bikes were dialed in to our individual height/weight before we went out. Thanks Mike!
