Wonderful experience! Osvaldo helped us with our purchase of a new dryer. Then he delivered it the next day! He did a great job installing the vent and getting it fit in place with ease! He was very polite and easy to talk to! Highly recommend this store. Not our first experience buying from this store!

Awesome place with awesome people. I recently bought a new grill that was defective, I carried it back and they were able to fix and return it to me in a timely manner. I have been doing business here for years and their desire to make things right is second to none. Best customer service you will ever find! Great prices and since they receive shipments twice a week, you receive your appliances very quickly! They have a large selection of appliances to choose from and all the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable about each appliance. I love our Sears Hometown Store in Mexia! Great people and excellent prices!
