This was great for the price we got it for. Close to Lincoln rd...close to Publix and a liquor store. 15 minutes from the beach. It had a kitchen in there a guest room. I liked the fact it was so central to everything we was around. We didn’t have a car so we didn’t do a lot of exploring but there was a lot surrounding this area we were very fortunate. We might stay here again our next visit to Florida. We will be going back hopefully soon

Upon arriving at the hotel the room we booked was not as pictured as online. The mattresses on the beds were worn out and old. The apartment smelled as if it had been closed up for months. We also found areas inside the apartment that were starting to grow mold. Definitely not what we were expecting for the prices charged per night! We ended up having to request a refund, which was another experience within itself to say the least.

Nice hotel. Staff is very nice and accommodating. We could check-in early but late checkout was unfortunately not available. The 2 bedrooms apartments upstairs in front are great. The location is quiet, safe, walkable and convenient. Recommend for a stay in Miami beach with family and or friends.

Beautiful property and our room was decorated nicely.? We was running a sit late for an eleven o’clock pm check. Check in staff waited until we arrived. She walked us to our room made sure we was comfortable. Excellent service from start to check out. We definitely be back.

Only gave it one because zero isn't allowed. Currently writing thos on my 4th night of no sleep at 12:30am with neighbors outside loudly listening to music, children screaming, people stomping above us. I definitely don't recommend staying here unless you're super human and function on no sleep as this all goes on daily until 4-5 in the morning. Nobody ever answers the phone at the office the one time they did they were supposed to replace the coffee maker(2 days ago) but didn't. The in room phone doesn't work. I'm sure I could think of more but the ridiculous amount of noise prohibits me from thinking straight after 4 sleepless nights.

The two stars are for the great location, yet unfortunately offset the poor quality of the rooms and lack of basic services offered. Paper thin walls that allowed me to hear every word and song of the party that was taking place in the room next to mine. No one at the reception to help after 11pm and total lack of understanding from the operator of the emergency hotline, who didn’t know where I was calling from and told me as a solution she’d speak to security, and when I asked which security, she wasn’t able to respond and asked me to spell again the name of the hotel I was at... nothing was done about it. Not to mention I found hair on the nightstand - which wasn’t mine. While this would be expected in a cheap backpackers hostel, these are not acceptable standards for a hotel that charges 200 USD a night. I would recommend only if your priorities during your stay in Miami do not necessarily have to include getting basic quality sleep or above-average comfort.

Lovely hotel. The 2 bedrooms apartments upstairs in front are great. The location is awsome, confortable, and it is near from Lincoln road and the beach. Recommend for a stay in Miami beach with family and or friends.

The room was beautiful and spacious. We had a wonderful time and the hotel manager was awesome . We will definitely be staying here again
